Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about India's daily performance app.
What is FitBharat?
FitBharat is India's daily performance app — a single system for health, fitness, food, and recovery. Instead of juggling a calorie counter, a step tracker, and generic workout videos across three apps, FitBharat gives you one simple daily check-in and one clear score. It takes about two minutes a day to log sleep, stress, food, and activity, and in return you get direction on what to focus on today. It is built specifically for Indian routines, diets, and lifestyles, so the guidance fits how people here actually eat and train.
How does the daily Fit Bharat Score work?
Every day you do a quick two-minute check-in covering sleep, stress, food, and activity. FitBharat turns those inputs into a single Daily Fit Bharat Score — one number that reflects your readiness and the direction your health is trending. The idea is to replace scattered, confusing metrics with one signal you can act on. Over time the score helps you see patterns: which habits lift it, which days drag it down, and how consistency compounds. It is designed to make health a daily habit rather than an occasional effort.
Is the food guidance built for Indian diets?
Yes. FitBharat's nutrition guidance is built around Indian dietary habits, cuisines, and macros — not generic Western meal plans. The advice accounts for the foods people actually eat across India, which makes it far easier to follow consistently. Zivya, the in-app nutrition AI, analyses your meals and suggests small, realistic adjustments rather than asking you to overhaul your diet overnight.
Who are the AI personas — Zivya, Aron, and Elisa?
FitBharat includes three specialist AI coaches. Zivya is the nutrition AI, focused on Indian diets, analysing meals and suggesting micro-adjustments. Aron is the workout coach, adapting your training load based on your daily recovery and stress score. Elisa oversees sleep, stress, and lifestyle habits to help prevent burnout. Together they give you personalised guidance across the parts of health that usually live in separate apps, all tied to your daily check-in.
Do I need a gym to use FitBharat?
No. FitBharat is built for everyday consistency, not just gym-goers. The workout guidance adapts to home, gym, or outdoor training, and the core of the app is the daily check-in and score that anyone can use. If your gym uses Axoro Fit, your gym activity can connect to FitBharat for a more complete picture — but a gym membership is not required to benefit from the app.
